- The Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status at the time of conference.
- Please be advised that the student rate is not applied to students with full time job.
- Students will be required to upload their student ID or student certificate letters from their supervisors at the time of online registration.
- Payment must be made in Chinese yuan and can only be made by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Union Pay).
- A payment receipt can be downloaded through the registration account.
- If you require an invoice for the payment, please contact the Registration Office.
- After you register online and complete your payment, a payment confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address automatically.
- *If you do not receive a payment confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.
- In case of cancellation, please send a message by email or fax to the Registration Office. The following cancellation fees will apply based on the date when the office receives your cancellation notification.
